Consulting
Upgrade consults with Senior Pastors, Lead Pastors, Young Adult Pastors, Youth Pastors, and Children's Pastors to help them implement the best plan to meet the needs of their local church, ministry leadership, and personal growth. Consulting projects can last as short as one day and last over 10 years. Consulting is customizable based upon the needs of the congregation and ministries involved. Some examples of focus are staffing, leadership growth and development, volunteer teams, growth engine strategies, budgets and balancing, fundraising, spiritual impact, and more.
Coaching
Upgrade coaches Senior Pastors, Lead Pastors, Young Adult Pastors, Youth Pastors, and Children's Pastors, and Volunteer Staff to meet the demands of their position. Coaching is a personalized focus that woks on personal devotion to Christ, leadership development, personality profiles, personal growth and development, mentorship, goals and planning, transitions, family and social life, personal development, continuing education, confidential issues and crisis, and much more. Coaching happens one-to-one, over the phone, e-mail, and video conferencing. It is not uncommon for a church or faith based organization to have an upgrade coach provide coaching for multiple team members at the same time.
Preaching & Teaching
Upgrade speakers and teachers are available to share the gospel and testimony in a wide variety of settings. These settings include Sunday morning and mid-week services to the entire congregation as well as children's, youth, and young adult services. Often a church or faith based organization will have an Upgrade speaker & teacher kick off Upgrade services, such as campus outreach or ministry consulting, with a Sunday morning or mid-week service to the entire congregation. This helps introduce Upgrade to the congregation as well as request finical support and love offerings to fund the Upgrade services.
