Grade Improvement
Upgrade has three programs that focus only on the student’s grades that are customizable to grades 1 – 12 and the school administration's request. These three programs are called Classic, Grade Z, and World-class. Classic is a program that focuses on class rooms conduct, discipline, and academic focus. Grade Z is a program that challenge’s student’s perspective on their possibilities in life. World-class is a program that inspires students to become champions in the classroom now so they can achieve greatness in life that can impact the entire world.

Bully Prevention
Upgrade has three programs that focus only on bully prevention that are customizable to grades 1– 12 and the school administration's request. These three programs are called Not In My School, RESPECT, and Friends. Not In My School is a program that focuses on the entire student body rallying together to end bullying in the school. RESPECT is a program that creates a culture of respect in the school and through respect diminishes bullying. Friends is a program that focuses on bullying in social media and turning bullies into friends.

Drugs & Alcohol
Upgrade has three programs that focus only on drugs and alcohol that are customizable for grades 1 – 12 and the school administration's request. These three programs are called No!, Yes., and Pressure?. No! is a program that focuses on the courage to say No! to the opportunities to use drugs and alcohol. Yes. is a program that focuses on the consequences of giving in to negative peer pressure and saying "yes" to drugs and alcohol. Pressure? is a program that focusses on positive and negative peer pressure.

Sex Education & Abstinence
Upgrade has three programs that focus only sex education and abstinence that are customizable to the the school administration's request. These three programs are called Wait, Abstain, and 100% Protection. Wait is a program that focuses on the benefits of waiting to be sexually active as well the consequences of being sexually active. Abstain focuses on the self control and the strength needed to abstain from sexual activity. 100% Protection focuses on the Myths vs. Facts dealing with being sexually active and protection.

Equality
Upgrade has three programs that focus only equality that are customizable to the the school administration's request for grades 1-12. These three programs are called Equal, Rights, and Different. Equal is a presentation that focuses on the the beauty of diversity. Rights focuses on the human rights and history behind human rights. Different focuses on how differences make the difference in one’s life, as well as how to appreciate others differences.
